We collaboratively create effective treatment plans to help you deeply understand and befriend your authentic wholeness. Alongside traditional therapeutic techniques, our care also integrates spiritual practices, mindfulness, meditation, yoga with both on- and off- the mat practices, somatic mind-body processing, and trauma-informed best practices. Our toolbox is filled with a variety of techniques that we tailor to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are an individual or couple, we will support your healing journey of connecting mind, body, and spirit.

Meet Judi Ross Agustin

Judi Ross is the heart and soul behind Judi Ross Holistic Therapy. She is a Master of Science, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Registered Yoga Teacher. She integrates these credentials to offer a relational approach valuing mind, body, and spirit, whether working an individual or couple. Wholehearted, intention living is the central goal for all, including herself. With over 15 years of clinical experience and specialized trainings, Judi supports clients improving their lives with holistic healing.

  • What is holistic therapy?

    Healthline defines "holistic therapy" as an approach that aims to treat the whole person (mind, body, and spirit) at once rather than just the symptoms of a disease or condition. While traditional talk therapy is part of the treatment in this approach, we integrate mental, social, physical, and spiritual factors in our journey toward health and healing.

  • Where do we meet?

    Judi Ross Holistic Therapy is currently a virtual telehealth service. Once establishing care, you will have access to a Client Portal that offers scheduling, messaging, and the meeting room for telehealth sessions.

  • How is yoga used in this holistic approach?

    When we think of yoga, many of us think of practicing poses for physical health. However, did you know that these poses only make up 1/8 of a traditional yoga practice? Yoga is also breathing techniques, meditation, self-awareness, mindfulness, spiritual deepening, and reflection. We will not force any particular practice or method on a client. We collaborate to develop your individualized treatment plan and incorporate yoga should we agree that it makes sense for your journey.
