Judi is a Masters of Science and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher. She integrates a relational approach valuing mind, body, and soul in wholehearted, intentional living. She has nearly 15 years of clinical experience and specialty trainings supporting clients in current best practices for personal growth and healing.

Judi’s empathic gift is being able to guide you along your own path to rediscovering Self, removing the obstacles and limitations that have kept you disconnected and dissatisfied, increasing awareness and understanding of triggers and patterns, and ultimately living more confidently with loving kindness towards yourself and others. Hailing from the Midwest, Bridget was a young woman starting a successful career after graduating from college. Britney was seen as a hard-worker to colleagues and supervisors as well as being known as a helpful, giving friend and family member.

Despite being held in high regard by others, Bridget had the nagging feeling that she wasn’t good enough at anything. The pressure to be the perfect employee, friend, and daughter kept her up at night with chronic worry and self-doubt.

Nearing thirty years old, her career wasn’t where she wanted it to be. She didn’t have a boyfriend, so marriage and children weren’t on the horizon.
